We are at the beginning of an awesome weekend! Every year my Grandma Hansen hosts a family reunion. We go and decorate my Great Grandma Grace's grave (that's a lot of g's!), we go on fun family outings, we swim in the hotel pool and we play lots of games. Yesterday we hit This is the Place monument for their little haunts! Talk about a lot of fun. The kids did lots of art projects and had a blast. I loved that each wrist band had 3 projects that you could do for free and at the beginning the cute little hostess told us that "yes, parents can share their squares with the kids." What a nice thing! In a world like today where there is no transfer of anything, this lovely place realized that the kids want to do the fun things more than the parents. Great times! The kids got to ride on ponies, go on a tractor ride with Grandpa, make lots of cute things like a bat and a pumpkin, and they even got to try their hand at dipping candles. The weather was lovely and it was so much fun! More photos will come in later posts about the rest

Afterwards we went to the hotel to play some awesome games that my Uncle Eric brings every year called "Cheapass Games". They are always hilarious and lots of fun to play. We played Kill Doctor Lucky last night which was pretty much the game you play before Clue. You have to kill the doctor in a room with some random weapon! Very fun.

These are some pictures of our time at the Little Haunts. The kids are trapped in a spider web. It must be noted that my drama queen is the dead one in the middle! Is she a great actress or what! Poor Jennifer needed a time out! What a perfect place! J/K, but it was funny none the less, HEHE (for you Jennyannifer)!
This picture of me and Alexis creeped my mom out! She said it reminded her of the book of the dead from the movie "The Others". So, there you have it, a true book of the dead photo, oh wait, we're not dead yet!
The line for dipping candles was ridiculous! The kids didn't get to make very big ones because there were so many people crowding around, oh well, they had fun anyway!

29 and 24 are great numbers. So much better than me! I got 35, only about 6 years older than my actual body!!!! I must be getting dumb with my old age!! AAHH!! A girl I know who is 22 got 34, so I guess I can't feel too bad about my brain age. :)

That was a crazy picture of her being hanged or her head chopped off or whatever. Usually don't the kids go stick their head in a hole that makes them look like a clown or a pumpkin or something? What are you, married to a morgie?
We missed you guys SO much tonight at the big Taylor fam Halloween bash! What happened? How come you didn't come? NOT acceptable! :) Really. We missed you. Now we won't see each other til Christmas!
