Boo at the Zoo

We have gone to the Boo at the Zoo for over 5 years now. We love it! We have been in the rain/freezing weather, we have been with friends from all over, and this year we got to go with Melanie and Isaac and our cute niece and nephew. This year had so many nifty additions that they haven't done before! There were lots of cute little photo opts set up throughout the zoo. We loved the one with the pirate scarecrows. That seems to be our theme for this year, what with our new pirate ship in the backyard, and that is what Skyler will be for Halloween this year. No, he is not a scarecrow in these pictures. Brandon's mom likes to shop the after Halloween sales and bought all these costumes last year. We didn't want the kids to grow out of them, so they wore them for trick or treating at the zoo! Domenic loved his Dragon costume, and Alexis can never be a princess too much! I was actually a little jealous, I have always wanted a medieval, gorgess, princess dress!

Skyler is my little cheeser! Every time we take the camera out he has to pose! I have so many pictures of him that look very much like this one here, the only thing that changes is the outfit that he is wearing! Kayden is at the oober cute little guy stage! Doesn't he look so innocent with his little hands folded and such! What a cutie! And who can resist how cute Domenic and Kaycee were walking hand in hand together through the zoo. This year, along with all the nifty additions, there were a bizillion people. We have never seen it so crowded! People were parking along the road in the back lot, which is never full, but was full this day! It was insane! We kept getting separated because of the mass quantity of people that were there. Plus, there were at least 3 other kids in Domenic's exact costume! It was so hard to keep track of them!

It took us so many shots to get one of all 4 kids smiling and looking at the camera at the same time! Taking pics of kids if hard work I tell ya! They all looked so cute though. Alexis has purple stripes through her gorgess bun (that I forgot to take a picture of!) She looked so adorable! Skyler actually enjoyed wearing his suit. And Domenic, ah Domenic, my little OCD boy cried for 20 minutes the night before when I would not let him sleep in his dragon costume (when he sweat in it it smelled so bad!!) At the zoo he kept braggin to Alexis that he had built in Shade!

We of course have to give a shout out to our favorite fast food restaurant of all time, Chick Fil-A! Yes, we go there nearly every Wednesday night! Wed. night is Kids night and you get a free kids meal, complete with ice cream, for FREE! Did I say FREE! Yes sir! Than they have these awesome kids crafts for the kids to do, and a play land! Brandon and I actually get to hold adult conversations! Oh my gosh! That is totally so cool!

Cutest pictures ever!!

Are you serious about the free Chic-Fil-A? Every Wednesday? We are there. I wish the Chick-Fil-A out here had a play land.

Sklyer's cheeser is the best!

I wish we had a Chic-Fillet here in Pullman. I wish we had a Target too or a Super Wal-Mart, even a zoo!!! As you know we don't have anything. Oh well. I guess that is what relatives are for, hanging out in their town with all of the super fun things to do. Thanks. Kaycee is still talking about it. We had a lot of fun. I couldn't believe the crowd. They city made a lot of money off of all the tickets they gave out to the streets of illegally parked cars.

Sorry we had to ditch out early. I'm not used to it getting dark so early yet. We were all exhausted so we stopped in Boise, which was fun. Kaycee loved it because she got to go swimming. That is all she said for the 5 hours of driving, "are we at the hotel yet to go swimming."

Thanks again. Love ya bunches!!!

Yes, the kids meals are free. The only stipulation is you have to buy and adult combo meal too. We can all eat there for like $14 though, great considering that there are 5 of us eating. I absoulutely love it!
